This issue follows documentation writing.

[x] new repo docsascode.github.io to host doc website. Based on github pages
[ ] writing test page
[ ] deploy hugo solution to check communication to github pages

@davidcharbonnier @quadeare @nodefourtytwo I add a getting started documentation, could you test it ?

I did test it and it works fine, I git some minor fixes ready to push (English typos, adding an example on how to create a YAML header in Markdown files...) but I don't have rights to push to this repo as I would pushed my commit to documentation branch.

What would be the best way for me to update this documentation file?
