Would you please consider a context menu option about looping/repeating the envelope?

i could do this, but what about this method (very flexible!) image

Actually it is.

And it avoids the issue of pre-defining the gate length for the (re)looping.

I'm not closing the ticket (yet) but I think I go with your suggestion. It's way less complicated than any of the solutions I came up with.
