Add option to multiply the output's pulse width by the division factor #33

if the pw is not 50% then on odd divisions the pw is changed slightly by the pw of the original as here the falling edge is counted which is then earlier or later. But this is ok for me. I will merge this and change the formatting later on. However it may take some time to make a new release as currently the plugin toolchain does not work on my side. thanks!
