how to upload and link to zip file #7

I have a zip file containing tools for international indexes that I would like to upload and link to from a Wiki page. Should I upload the zip file using the Code tab? If so, how do I form a URL to address the zip file from the Wiki page? I don't find this information on the Wiki instruction page.
