<programlisting language="css"> not sent to 'pygmentize' #376

A programlisting containing CSS is not being sent to pygmentize: there is no markup added to the HTML, and when org.docbook.xsltng.verbose is true, the debug messages only show Pygments being run on the XML listings.

css is obviously missing from $verbatim-syntax-highlight-languages. Will fix.
