This is the PR/playground for issue #212.

That build failure is a little odd. If you rebase off 2.1.8 after it's out, that might go away or be replaced by a warning about what went wrong.

@ndw I've rebased and forced-pushed, but it seems it didn't help. :disappointed: Not sure what I did wrong. Any ideas?
