TOC entry for refentry must not include refpurpose in print output

Formatting a sample article with two refentry Elements for print with print.xsl gives two entries in the Table of Content with the refentries name and purpose:

Rendering this into PDF leads to entries with a) the name, b) the page number and c) the purpose:

The content of refentry/refpurpose must not be part of the corresponding TOC entry.
