Update Gradle infrastructure #149

This PR mostly updates Gradle infrastructure to get rid of warnings in Gradle 6.2.2. I also updated a few other versions and fixed a lint warning that's been bugging me for ages. I'm calling it 2.5.0 because of the infratructure upgrades.
