The option to select background music in RCB. Either from using the 
BG Music.mp3 located in the emu skins folder. Or perhaps user imported track 
list.

I am not sure about this. Did you see issue no. 20? It is about importing game 
music and let the user choose to play music instead of movies. Should this one 
be a third option?
