Support for %RATING% #51

Add a new DB field Rating. Actually there is a "rating" field already but this 
means rating like "3 of 5 stars". I need a new one for rating like "playable 
for 12 year olds".

Add %RATING% as a placeholder to display the (age) rating value as an image in 
UI.
