Sort by RomCollection/Custom #57

Maybe add a way to sort by RomCollection in addition to Console, Genre, Year, 
etc...

This way you can have a RomCollection for Japanese Games and American Games and 
they both fall under the same console.

In version 0.7.x the Console filter already shows what you are using as 
RomCollection (there is no Console anymore in config.xml).

Unfortunately there is no way to add more than one RomCollection for the same 
Console via the Config Creation Wizard. But you can easily copy/paste a 
RomCollection in the config.xml and just rename it and adjust the paths to roms 
and artwork.
