Do not display filter dialog on launch / returning from emu #86

When RCB launches, the filter dialog is displayed for a few seconds. This also 
happens when an emulator exits. The dialog box then has focus so pressing 
up/down will hop around in the filter dialog instead of changing the selected 
game.

Yes, this is annoying. I will have a look at it.

Thank you for all your reports. Atm I have very little time. So don't expect 
responses in the next days/weeks. But I will sure look at it.

This should be fixed in current SVN. New release will follow.
