Error when tried to add 'ACL' to an 'issue' #1184

I've tried to put 'ACL' on 'issues', it's produced an error ( tested on the web application and method from API ). The following image show the error message. The message is the same for API method related. capture d ecran de 2018-08-20 17-14-52

same error for 'request' and 'order' and when logout the user realted and log again then the ACL was affected by the update.
