Fails to run on Apple M1 hosts #4

The code fails to run on Apple M1 hosts.

That error is not related to the code of DocIntel per se, see the stacktrace.

The docker image probably needs to be compiled with extra flags, as well as the dotnet build. See https://plainenglish.io/blog/which-docker-images-can-you-use-on-the-mac-m1-daba6bbc2dc5
