Verify with Windows Server 2003 images #33

Check to see if we can use a w2k3 VM as the source. Document outcome.

We can't use DISM-based discovery tools with w2k3 - we will need a separate discovery script which manually looks for known files (e.g. metabase XML for IIS)

Works fine, tested with ASP.NET 2.0 image on Windows Server 2003 (32-bit) VM. Simple app, worked correctly when built and run in Docker.
