Unable to push images to s3 in ireland region #1114

container launch successfully without any error. But when try to push image it give 503 error. Can anyone plz tell if I am mistaking something here or region eu-west-1 is not support by docker-registry:2 

docker run \
        -e "REGISTRY_STORAGE=s3" \
         -e "REGISTRY_STORAGE_S3_BUCKET=mybucket" \
         -e "REGISTRY_STORAGE_S3_REGION=eu-west-1" \
         -e "REGISTRY_STORAGE_S3_STORAGE_PATH=/docker_repo" \
         -e "SEARCH_BACKEND=sqlalchemy" \
         -p 5000:5000 \
         registry:2

command to push image:

docker image push 127.0.0.1:5000/myimage

docker version 1.18 ce.

error: received unexpected HTTP status: 503 Service Unavailable

not using -e "REGISTRY_STORAGE_S3_ACCESSKEY=******" -e "REGISTRY_STORAGE_S3_SECRETKEY=******" because default aws profile has s3 access,
