I tried to download Docker Toolbox for Windows again this morning. It is still not working because even though the download is linked to a different page now, the download source is the same. The problem appears to be with the following link. https://github.com/docker/toolbox/releases/download/v1.12.2/DockerToolbox-1.12.2.exe
P.S. I found the previous download, 1.12.0 version of the docker toolbox and installed it. Even through the Docker Quickstart Terminal, I cannot download the 1.12.2 version.

I have the same issue when trying to download .exe and .pkg from the links provided. The links for the last three versions also seem to have this issue.
tried to understand this but I couldn't but one work around I found was downloading the latest release of docker from browser or curl/wget then place the iso download inside of c:\Users{homeDir}.docker\machine\cache these forces docker-machine to use thise instead of downloading since the file is the same in headers
same issue on version 17.03.01-ce.
you can try --virtualbox-boot2docker-url ./boot2docker.iso
option in this line to ignore this issue
For anyone else having the same issue, download the file from IE or Edge, that'll do the trick.
Hi all, I am getting an error when trying to download the docker toolbox for windows from https://github.com/docker/toolbox/releases . DockerToolbox-19.03.1.exe The problem occurs for all browsers the following error:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

now works as before, please ignore it.
I tried to download the toolbox over wi fi and on a router connected computer. I used two different computers and three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome & Microsoft Edge). Nothing. The download starts out ok and then stalls less than halfway through the download. I have no problems with downloading other programs.
