Install offline Docker Toolbox

Hello,

Short introduction: I have discovered OpenMapTiles Server and if it works, it will be perfect for my needs.

1. I want to install Docker Toolbox in a offline environment to deliver OSM tiles in a GIS application. For the moment, i've downloaded v19.03.1 from here https://github.com/docker/toolbox/releases
2. After installation in offline environment, the application Docker Quickstart.exe is starting with errors regarding Virtualization that should be enable. In fact, VT-x/AMD-V is enable on my computer from BIOS but i still have this error;

So, here are a few questions regarding this implementation;

• is there a Offline kit available for download?
• can I configure this installation (v19.03.1) to run on my offline environment?
