Please document minimum Docker version #9

If I run this tool, is there a minimum version of Docker acceptable? For instance, is it safe on my 1.6 host?

There have been numerous changes over the past year and more, this is to provide confidence to end users who don't get to upgrade old hosts frequently.

I haven't tested anything older than 1.7 myself but using the tool should be no way more dangerous than just doing the migration with the upgraded daemon.

Please note that there is a fix in v1.0.2, that is especially important for the older versions that lack the tar metadata info. Use the latest version of this tool when upgrading from 1.6.
