This is somewhat exploratory (as seen by the cloning of a random branch off https://github.com/tianon/stackbrew).

To clarify, I really would've expected the build logs for a PR build to stay around at least as long as the PR itself is open. We're less than 30 days from the opening of this PR and they're already gone (and the PR is still here). This was intentional for testing, but this is exactly the kind of "rough edges" I was hoping making an actual PR would help surface (and it's a shame that Azure DevOps still seems so unpolished :disappointed:).
