Add tag aliases with alpine version (3.13) #68

Since the recent Alpine update (3.14) the image has issues running on old versions of Docker due to https://github.com/alpinelinux/docker-alpine/issues/182. Please add an alias that includes alpine version and back-fill alias for Alpine 3.13.
