What are the required tag and configuration to be installed along with them in a dockerfile to access

That version of PHP has been end of life for about 7 years -- I'd really suggest working on upgrading any code relying on it. :grimacing:

Supporting end-of-life versions of PHP is not something we do; these sorts of questions/requests would be more appropriately posted to a dedicated support forum, such as the Docker Community Slack, Server Fault, Unix & Linux, or Stack Overflow.
