pypy 2.7 with a newer Debian release #36

It would be great if a docker image for pypy-2.7 is provided based on a Debian release newer than Jessie.

Before linking to https://github.com/docker-library/pypy/issues/24#issuecomment-476873691, I figured I'd double check it was still accurate and it looks like the situation has changed! I'll probably have a PR up shortly. :+1:
