Installing wordpress 6.4.2 with php 8.2: headers already sent by #876

This is a clean installation, without plugins or other stuff like this.

With DEBUG = true I see these errors:

Last but not least, at the installation time I can't select the language anymore! After the installation, in Settings > General I can't see the selection of the language :O Why this?
