[x] using a better cleanup script to reduce the size of vagrant box.
[x] fixed small issue with dependencies of ltsp-manager

Cool. Actually all the scripts need some code refactoring, in order to make them cleaner and easier to understand.

Yes. I have also found some areas that we can improve the code. The idea is to first create something that works then improve it.
