Fix compatibility with go1.22 (relates to https://github.com/moby/moby/pull/46982)
fileinfo: internally fix FileBasicInfo memory alignment (fixes compatibility with go1.22)
Switch from syscall to golang.org/x/sys/windows
Remove golang.org/x/mod as dependency
Remove golang.org/x/tools as dependency
