We would like to provide a translation of our Code of Conduct into Korean. If you're interested in working on this, please assign yourself and use this issue for coordination.

Please name the markdown file with KO at the end. :)

@seriousran please do! I don't personally speak or read Korean, so we'll need to find someone to proofread your PR. :) (@kyhy are you available to do the much-less-intense job of proofreading?)
