Creating a new Dev Environment. during the cloning process it just stops, however when using git cli in a terminal, it works fine. the problem is the git tool built into docker desktop

create a new dev environment, enter the url, click create
on older versions of dockerdesktop, it used to work. it would create the environment and i could open vs code form the container
