"Stick to Bottom" is ON despite slider showing OFF initially #118

Describe the bug Stick to bottom is on by default, despite the slider being "OFF".

Toggling "Stick to Bottom" ON/OFF once fixes the issue and I can then freely scroll

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click on a running container
  2. Try to scroll up as it outputs messages
  3. It snaps back to bottom
  4. Toggle Stick to Bottom ON/OFF
  5. Scrolling now does not snap back to the bottom when new message is displayed.

Expected behavior It should not snap back to the bottom when its off.

I do not see an About Docker Desktop menu button.

v4.9.0

Closing because I don't think this functionality even exists anymore in the latest Docker Desktop
