Please provide release notes feeds #8574

Problem description

It would be really nice to subscribe to the various release notes pages in the form of Atom/RSS feeds.

There are a number of release notes pages. You actually already summarize them here:

Suggestions for a fix

Something like the jekyll-feed plugin probably works.
