Docker Altering NetworkType on Startup

Description

I have "networkType": "vpnkit" set in my ~/Library/Group Containers/group.com.docker/settings.json file, because for whatever reason, "gvisor" loses it's ability to resolve DNS addresses after 30 minutes. Becasue of this, I've been using vpnkit consistent with the documentation here: https://docs.docker.com/desktop/troubleshoot/topics/#vpnkit-keeps-breaking

When I startup Docker, my settings file is being overwritten with "networkType": "gvisor".

Reproduce

Start Docker Desktop and verify the contents of the ~/Library/Group Containers/group.com.docker/settings.json file

Expected behavior

I should be able to run my containers using vpnkit consistent with the documentation here: https://docs.docker.com/desktop/troubleshoot/topics/#vpnkit-keeps-breaking
