Is there a way to completely remove docker from the command line, and start over?
Can you access the preference panel and reset to factory defaults?
No, there is nothing in the toolbar that responds, not even the docker icon. Just a spinning cursor when I hover the mouse where the icon should be.
Can you try maybe to install the latest Beta to see if that helps? I am not sure why everything is hanging.
Ok, I tracked this down to corruption on my ssd. Could not be repaired with disk utility. Thanks for the help.

Expected behavior
Actual behavior
Unable to start or run docker at all.
Information
I really don't know what happened, but I was using beta 27 successfully for some time and then somehow docker hung and I could not get it restarted. I upgraded to the latest stable but it has not helped. I can't get to the docker menu, I just see a spinner in the menu bar where the docker icon would be. I've tried the uninstall option
Docker --uninstall
on the command line but it just hangs as well.At this point I'm stuck. I can't remove the existing docker to start over, and every way I try to run it just results in a hang.
The only Error in console.app is:
syslog -k | grep Docker:
