Every now and then Docker cannot deploy docker-desktop distro in Windows

Actual behavior

I start my computer
Docker starts loading the docker-desktop machine.
An exception message window pops up stating that "Failed to deploy distro docker-desktop".

Expected behavior

That docker starts correctly and the docker-desktop distro can be deployed.

Information

Is it reproducible?: It seems to be random but every now and then I get the error. My guess is that it has to do with the random Hyper-V IP range for networking, but I wouldn't know how I can reproduce it
Windows Version: Windows 11 Pro 21H2 22000.194 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.194.0
Docker Desktop Version: 4.0.1 (68347)
WSL2 or Hyper-V backend? WSL2 (which as backend uses Hyper-V)
Are you running inside a virtualized Windows e.g. on a cloud server or a VM: No

The configuration for the Hyper-V networks interfaces when the issue appeared was this:

Usually, restarting my computer "fixes" the issue (that's why I think it has to do with the Hyper-V segments).

I tried restarting and oddly enough this time Docker is failing to start again. I uploaded the diagnostic, here's the new id: 8CCD1456-AFF8-4216-8B77-3496F2149CED/20210927140508

Issues go stale after 90 days of inactivity. Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale comment. Stale issues will be closed after an additional 30 days of inactivity.
