Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create a Docker Compose file referencing images in ECR.
2. Edit ~/.docker/config.json to include: {"credHelpers":{"8***.amazonaws.com":"ecr-login"},"credsStore":"desktop"}
3. Ensure that credentials are set in ~/.aws/credentials.
4. Click the Pull option next to one of the ECR images on the Images screen.
