• Unable to go through the Docker Desktop Installation

Environment:

• Windows 10, with up-to-date server packs
• Docker Installer: Downloaded latest docker desktop installer from https://www.docker.com/products/docker-desktop/
• Used recommended WSL 2.0 instead of Hyper-V

• [ X ] I have tried with the latest version of Docker Desktop
• [ X ] I have tried disabling enabled experimental features
• [ ] I have uploaded Diagnostics

Actual behavior

• Installation is stuck

Expected behavior

• Installation completes and docker is usable

• Docker Desktop Version: 4.16.3 (Downloaded on Feb 02, 2023)
• WSL2 or Hyper-V backend? WSL2
