docker stuck in starting and then gives system exception

I am too facing the same error, I uninstalled and installed Docker multiple times. I am using Windows 11.

i have got the same problem. one day everything is working next day this error. Native Windows 11, WSL2 (but Hyper-V installed), latest docker version. previous versions do also not run/ start.
