Container menu is hidden below window border #13922

Description

When selecting the context menu for the containers at the bottom of the window the entries at the bottom are hidden and thus inaccessible.

Reproduce

Obvious from the picture above.

Expected behavior

Show all menu entries. Move the menu up to show all items or implement a scroll.
