This is default behavior of WSL2. You can override this setting in the .wslconfig https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/wsl-config#main-wsl-settings
@martinberteig Do you have any manual how to do it step by step ? I was create .wslconfig file. How to set it in Docker desktop ?

Description
I have 2 CPU & 512 GB RAM in total. Docker can use whole 64 cores of my cpu but only half of memory ( 245 GB )
