Docker runs but stopped #14095

Description

When I open docker app in my laptop the app is loading then write me if I want to use docker I will click yes then docker opens and after while "Docker Desktop - WSL update failed " 2 times I unistalled so dont know how to do next steps

From the diagnostic, the error raised by Windows is:

Installing: Windows Subsystem for Linux
To install this application you need either a Windows developer license or a sideloading-enabled system.

Can you follow this to install and have WSL2 up and running on your computer?

I try everything, so i am lost about that. Through commands still dont know how it works. I have installed Linux then Linux wants Unbuntu a then I dont have any clue how continue
