Error on desktop startup - docker api proxy listener

Description

Docker desktop fails to start - and displays this error. "starting services: initializing Docker API Proxy: setting up docker api proxy listener: open \.\pipe\docker_engine: Access is denied."

this just started happening after a reboot

Facing the same issue _starting services: initializing Docker API Proxy: setting up docker api proxy listener: open \.\pipe\dockerengine: Access is denied. I have to reset to factory defaults to make it working again, Is it something with the new version upgrade?

Same issue. Recently updated version. starting services: initializing Docker API Proxy: setting up docker api proxy listener: open \.\pipe\docker_engine: Access is denied. I don't have the logs to support this theory. I believe podman installation is conflicting with the docker.

I've recently downloaded podman, and everything was working before, so I suppose it's podman's fault too. I've tried to purge the data from podman, and docker seems to be working again. I don't understand everything, but it's working again, so I'm not touching it anymore.
