File Drag/Drop disabled after 4.33.0 (Windows 11)

Description

I have always been able to drag files from the host machine and drop them in the "Files" tab of the containers. This stopped working after updating to 4.33.0 and seems to persist in 4.33.1.

It's possible that it's not a bug (hence the red circle in the image) but rather a setting got changed in the update, but I can't seem to find a setting for this anywhere.

Copying files with docker exec still works.

Start container
Go to "Files" tab
Drag and drop a file from your desktop into the files list

Expected behavior

Dropping the file in the file window should transfer it to the container.
