Docker crash after system hibernation & reboot

[ ] I have tried with the latest version of my channel (Stable or Edge) - sorry, cant do that right now ... but my logfiles should give some insight, maybe they'll still help!

Expected behavior

Docker starts successfully

Actual behavior

Docker crashes after system startup

Information

Windows Version: Windows 10 Enterprise 1809
Docker Desktop Version: 2.1.0.3, apparently
Are you running inside a virtualized Windows e.g. on a cloud server or on a mac VM: No.
1. Hibernate Windows
2. public holiday
3. Boot Windows
4. Reboot Windows

By the way : you guys should work on de-localizing your error logs. Its certainly possible : https://stackoverflow.com/a/17845078 and so on

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity. Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale comment. Stale issues will be closed after an additional 30d of inactivity.
