Docker Desktop WSL Distro stopped #9982

Expected behavior

WSL running after a fresh boot of my machine

Actual behavior

WSL crashing with above message

Information

Windows Version: 2H20, build 19042.630
Docker Desktop Version: 3.0.0
Are you running inside a virtualized Windows e.g. on a cloud server or on a mac VM: No, running on Windows laptop

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Start up Windows on my laptop

Issues go stale after 90 days of inactivity. Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale comment. Stale issues will be closed after an additional 30 days of inactivity.

Prevent issues from auto-closing with an /lifecycle frozen comment.
