Version Update needed: ValueError: alternative_import must be a fully qualified module path #159

I was getting ValueError: alternative_import must be a fully qualified module path on a fresh install with docker compose up:

I fixed the issue with these updates to requirements.txt

sentence_transformers==2.6.0
