Bump Go to 1.10.5 #12

go1.10.5 (released 2018/11/02) includes fixes to the go command, linker, runtime and the database/sql package. See the milestone on the issue tracker for details:

@vdemeester This is on the 1.10.x branch that I created, so that we can do updates to older versions of the image (in this case used for CI on the 18.09 release branch)
