API returns "state": "Failed" for successful build

Problem description

I have configured a repository: https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/fineract-cn-teller

the builds all pass (https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/fineract-cn-teller/builds) but the API on:

https://cloud.docker.com/api/build/v1/source/?image=apache/fineract-cn-teller

returns "state": "Failed"

For the record, https://github.com/chatwoot/chatwoot/issues/2782 claims that this seems to be working now. To be fair I haven't used Docker much recently, so I can't really confirm or comment. I don't have an issue with this issue being closed then.
