hooks/build: End of Standard Support - 16.04 LTS (Xenial) - April 2021 #2091

When using hooks/build i have the opportunity to customize my build.

This build runs inside a Ubuntu Image. It is 16.04 LTS (Xenial)

Is there any plan to update from this old Ubuntu version to a newer one?

The End of Standard Support of 16.04 LTS (Xenial) is the end (30.) of this month. Update to 20.04 is recommenced by Ubuntu
