information is missing in Webhook payloads

in webhook document the payload need contain images (sha).

my payload push_data.images is empty list, tried to push the tag via docker cli and docker gui (got same payload data)

same case is opened in 2015. (https://github.com/docker/hub-feedback/issues/41)

Hi @Talhashahar, unfortunately, this data is no longer available in webhook payloads, but the docs have not been updated to reflect this. We don't have any plan on adding this back to the webhooks, at the moment I'm afraid. I'll make sure we update the docs, though.
