IP Blacklisted 194.94.44.220 since yesterday #2139

Hi, Since yesterday it seems like 194.94.44.220 is blacklisted and we are not able to even authenticate with valid credentials. We are using an enterprise account.

The IP is not blocked on our side, could you share HTTP traces when trying to reach https://hub.docker.com?

right now, if I don't authenticate or I use my personal user it works, but as soon as I use the token, I get:

Login with your Docker ID to push and pull images from Docker Hub. If you don't have a Docker ID, head over to https://hub.docker.com to create one.
Username: emblits
Password: 
Error response from daemon: Get https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/: toomanyrequests: too many failed login attempts for username or IP address

I could authenticate with the token for a while, but now it shows the same error.

it happened again, I was able to pull images with the credentials, and now it shows the same error. I need to be able to use them without being cut off in order to configure authentication at the containerd level
