Problematic Email Validation #2149

When resetting my password on docker hub, I was told my email, which I have verified as my primary email on Docker Hub, is an invalid email and was unable to reset my password. In the end I recovered my account, but the issue remains, my email was marked as invalid within the password reset form, meanwhile it was a completely valid email already attached to my account. This seems to be an issue with email validation on the Docker Hub website preventing some users from resetting their passwords.

The URL of the page is 'https://id.docker.com/reset-password/' The error message is 'Invalid email address.'

My docker ID is 'puls3'. The email that was rejected was 'Xer0.Puls3.XXII@gmail.com'. Occurred on Windows 10, both Chrome v93 & Firefox v91.

I am willing to provide any additional information should it be requested.

Also small additional note 'https://success.docker.com/q/password-reset' redirects me to 'https://www.docker.com/'
